JAWAR is a producer of modern stainless steel and ceramic chimney systems. The mission of the company is to ensure safe functioning of chimney installations in our customers’ houses. For over 15 years JAWAR has been constantly improving its products and introducing new solutions. The quality of our products is being controlled on each stage of the production process. We give our customers ultimate safety and economy of use of their combustion installations.

The company was founded in the mid eighties of the last century. The first activity of the company was production of gas and oil boilers. First stainless steel chimney systems appeared in the production program in the mid nineties. They quickly became the main product. In 2003 the old company name Zaklad Urzadzen Grzewczych was replaced with a brand JAWAR. Since 2004 we have been delivering also ceramic chimneys.

As a result of a reorganisation in 2005-2006, we have introduced a system of production and stock management, integrated with sales database. It helped us become the best company on the Polish market in terms of speed and efficieny in executing orders. We are most proud of having a management system according to ISO9001 and labelling our products with the European CE quality mark.

Innovation 

As the only producer in Poland, we manufacture seamless 45° tee-pipes in diameters 100-250mm and bended elbows made of stainless steel (grade: 316L, wall width: 0,5mm) in diameters 100-160mm. As the only producer in Europe, we manufacture seamless tee-pipes of oval intersection.

Markets 

Apart of having a strong position on the domestic market, JAWAR is also exporting its goods to many European countries. Our main export markets are Norway, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. JAWAR chimneys can be also found in Germany, Danemark, Holland, Russian and Azerbaijan.

For many years of its activity JAWAR has always been dedicated to introducing modern technological solutions, ensuring high quality of products and reasonable cost of manufacturing.

In the early stage of production process, the raw material is being cut by a laser technology. Laser ensures 100% repeatability of shapes and smooth edges, which is of great importance in the next stages of production.

Tubular elements are formed on a system of computer-controlled rolls with very high accuracy. In this way the products are repeatable and there is no problem in combining the elements during assembly. Precisely molded shapes also provide an ideally air-tight system.

Elements of the system are welded with a plasma technology. It ensures 100% air-tightness of seams. Moreover, the structure of steel is not harmed during welding, which secures high anti-corrossive properties of the steel, even on the seems.

Intermediate control is carried out on each stage of production in order to eliminate any irregularities. An air-tightness controll is additionally carried out at the end of the prodution cycle. It is the basic verification of the safety of products.

Finished products are being marked. Each product leaving our factory bears an inscription informing the user about its purpose and technical characteristics. The products are marked according to CE certificate, allowing the construction product on the market within the European Union.
