Product description

Modern heating systems, run on oil and gas, can be dangerous for traditional chimney installations. High-efficiency boilers emit fumes of lower mass and temperature than traditional boilers. Ceramic chimneys do not heat up quickly enough. Cold chimneys cause condensation of fumes and destruction of walls.

JAWAR chimney inserts can protect ceramic chimneys from destructive effects of fumes. They are easy to install and recommended to use both in new and old buildings.
Elements of the system are air-tight, thanks to plasma technology of welding. Small wall thicknesses of 0.6 - 1.0mm make the chimney warmen up to 200 times faster than traditional chimneys.

The fumes are exhausted as a result of underpressure in the chimney. The chimney system is a set of pipes and flanges of round and oval intersection. All elements are ended with an outer faucet on one side, and inner faucet on the other side. It makes them easy to install and ensures sufficient air-tightness to work in underpressure.

Installation manual

JAWAR chimney systems are designed to work in environment, where fumes temperature does not exceed 500°C, and fumes are carried out by natural draught. Nevertheless the systems are tight enough to work in overpressure of 100 Pa.

Before installing the chimney system into an existing funnel casing, check its state. Clean the casing and measure it. Choose where T-pipe, inspection element and draught controller will be placed. Forge the funnel to prepare it for T-pipe, inspection element and draught controller.
Forge a groove under the drain pipe, so that condansate can flow out of the funnel casing or to a neutralizer.

The side pipe of inspection element is long enough for a standard chimney wall and it should be placed orthogonally to the wall. If the wall thickness is different, use an extension element. Inspection unit can be easily connected to any T-pipe or pipe.

Each chimney set is equiped with one pipe with handles for installation rope. The handles provide a possibility to descend the system down the funnel casing. It is recommended to install band hangers every 2 meters.

The chimney insert should be ended with roof cover and a rain cap type "Parasol" or "Inzektor".
After installation of all elements inside the chimney, connect the boiler to the system (ATTENTION: keep the vertical distance of 22cm over the draught terminator!).
