The system of elements is manufactured of:

• stainless steel (inner pipe); grade 1.4404, (AISI 316L), PN-71/H-86020 – 00H17N14M2,
• stainless steel (outer pipe); grade 1.4301, (AISI 304), PN-71/H-86020 – 0H18N9,
• mineral wool (insulation).

Product description

Chimney system is a set of pipes and flanges of round intersection. Each element consists of inner pipe, outer pipe and insulating material between them.

The inner pipe absorbs the heat. Its low heat capacity reduces the risk of fumes condensation. The smooth surface and round shape are optimal conditions to maximize the flow of fumes. Mineral wool insulation keeps the inner pipe sufficiently warm during the work. The outer pipe is a carrying construction, and protects the chimney against unfavourable atmosferic conditions.

Installation manual

The chimney is installed on a base plate. Choose its size accordingly to the distance between the chimney and the wall. Place the inspection element on the base plate. Lead the drain pipe through the hole in the base plate.

The T-pipe can be installed directly on the inspection element, or on a pipe – accordingly to the hight of the exhaust output. Install the needed quantity of pipes on the inspection element (outer bell down).

The chimney is ended with a mouth ending, installed by a band. Up to the diameter of Ø300 rain cap type "Parasol" or "Inzektor" can be installed.

Every 2 meters install wall supports. On the connections between elements use band clips.
